When
assisting you with the organisation of your
tour or self-drive trip around the Top End and
the Territory:
1.
We will ensure that we have a good understanding
of your needs before making any recommendations.
2. We will provide you with as much information
as possible so as to make your decision-making
process as accurate and easy as possible.
3. We reserve the right to recommend
tours that consistently provide the most rewarding
experience. In NO CASE will we simply recommend
a tour just based on commission.
To
maximise the enjoyment of all, we do require
that you respect each other's right to both
a quiet rest and loud fun.
Frogshollow
faces a beautiful park across the street and
guests are welcome to use the park for "soccer"
(football in Australia), "footy" (rugby/Aussie
rules in Australia) or any other team or individual
sport (running and screaming included)... Our
pool area, with one large plunge pool and 2
spas, is also the perfect place for fun and
games.
In the dining, games and TV areas, on the other
hand, guests tend to look for a quieter time
for reading, eating, board gaming and other
purposes.
In any case, from about 11:00pm onwards,
we do expect that guests maintain a low level
of noise around the hostel. Our staff will more
than happily point you in the direction of serious
nightclubbing fun.
PLEASE
NOTE:
To
achieve the above, we reserve the right to ask
guests to leave the premises if their conduct
is creating problems with other guests or is
contrary to the spirit and aims of these principles.
Also, we reserve the right to charge guests'
credit card in case damage has been caused to
property.
